The problem may be hiding in us - in our head or in our body, in our habits and attitudes, in our lifestyle and thinking. A spiritual journey can help us to understand the true causes of our problems and find the key to reaching new heights, a reboot - is a special experience that will become the starting point of your new life. And, of course, it is better to go on such a journey in the company of experienced and reliable teachers and coaches - shamans, hypnotherapists. That's why you came here, right?

Hypnotherapy
Don't lose your head in surprise, look carefully
The Mycospirit team has developed a series of effective retreat sessions that can provide answers to your most important questions: health, personal growth, fulfillment and purpose, relationships with loved ones and with yourself - each of us is led on this path by his own reason, his own story.
The answers will be received during a week-long practice with hypnotherapist shamans in one of the retreat centers - in Jamaica, Thailand, and Spain. The central event of this journey is 4 ceremonies of consciousness expansion in a comfortable and safe environment based on the valuable experience and knowledge that human civilization has been able to accumulate and preserve.
You can take a retreat individually or in a small group of like-minded people, or you can invite the Mycospirit team to your country of residence.

Retreat
The retreat schedule is as follows:
Day 1 Opening Your Inner World We will start with a deep exploration of your inner personal architecture. We will analyze hidden and blocked resources, identify key inner programs, and find your inner support. The day will be filled with rapé ceremonies, and you can enjoy healthy food at any time upon request. After the initial procedures, you will experience a deep, restorative sleep.
Day 2 First Steps Towards Awareness The morning begins with a light breakfast and another rapé ceremony. The first mushroom ceremony will help based on your level of awareness and individual needs. This day is dedicated to "envolvement" – the process of freeing yourself from accumulated negative life programs and energies.
Day 3 Deepening and Restoration On the third day, you will undergo a second ceremony, which will help you easily find and restore your inner spirit, gaining new strength.
Day 4 Reunion with Your Origins This day is dedicated to awakening and uniting your spirit, restoring the connection with the sources of your energy.
Join our retreat to embark on a transformative journey and gain new strength for a life filled with meaning and harmony.
After the retreat concludes, you will continue to receive support: for two months, we offer phone consultations as needed to help you integrate your new knowledge into your life.
Don't miss this chance - apply now to learn about available spots for the next retreat.
Day 5 Achieving Your Goals You will reach the highest possible state of completeness, defining your life goals and directions for further development.
Day 6 Adaptation and Deepening The sixth day is devoted to adapting the acquired experience to real life. You can choose to delve deeper into the levels of your spirit, following your feelings and desires.
Day 7 Completing the Journey On the final day of the retreat, each participant will receive personal shamanic tools to commemorate the journey undertaken.

In modern hypnotherapy practice, the client plays a central role in the treatment process, and the therapist acts as a mentor, guiding him on the path to deep self-knowledge through a variety of methods and approaches.

This method has been officially recognized as an effective therapeutic agent, which allows its inclusion in the insurance programs of most companies.
Hypnotherapy finds its application in hospitals as an auxiliary method to various medical practices.
This approach has a number of advantages, such as focus and short-term therapy, which eliminates the need for long visits. During therapy, we simultaneously address the emotional, psychological and physical aspects of the problem, which helps to accelerate the healing process and reduce financial costs. This gives you an understanding of the causes of your thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, allowing you to quickly get rid of unwanted patterns. Your life becomes more comfortable and harmonious.
Modern hypnotherapy differs significantly from traditional hypnosis. Unlike classical hypnosis, where amnesia of session events is often present, modern hypnotherapy motivates you to come into contact with your subconscious mind and, through this, with your past experiences, emotions and thoughts. It helps to overcome the barriers that limit your life and get rid of unwanted habits or behaviors.

In a dream, a person sleeps and sees and hears nothing.
Hypnosis, depending on the depth, combines sleep, dream sleep and wakefulness.
I work in a trance level where the client answers questions and makes decisions on his own
✨ MYTH 2: Hypnosis is an uncontrolled process. ✨
In fact, in a state of hypnosis, the brain simply focuses on something, and a person, following the words of a specialist, controls his body very well.
Therefore, in such an unusual state for everyday life, it is easier to achieve the desired result, for example, to get rid of panic attacks.
But hypnosis, like an ambulance, gives an unstable result.
To achieve a valid lasting result, several sessions will be required, the number of which depends on the injury, the statute of limitations and especially on the mood of the client.
✨ MYTH 3: in hypnosis , everything is suggested against the client 's will. ✨
It is impossible to hypnotize a person, or to suggest anything against his will (only with prolonged use of strong medicines and narcotic substances )
The fact is that in the human brain, even in a very deep state of hypnosis, there is a kind of "watchman" who controls the most important mental and behavioral processes.
This includes the instinct of self-preservation (a person in a state of hypnosis will not hurt himself, will not fall off a cliff, so that he is not inspired), and moral barriers (for example, if a person is given a gun and demands to kill someone, he will never do it, because he considers such an act immoral).
Throughout the 20th century, studies have been conducted that have confirmed this repeatedly.
Thus, deep attitudes are much more important and stronger than any suggestion.
✨ MYTH 4: you can't get out of hypnosis. ✨
Another absurdity. It's just the fear of losing control inherent in any normal person.
As already mentioned, there is an observer in the brain – a "watchman" who will not allow this.
There is a "hypo–hangover symptom" - an incomplete withdrawal from hypnosis (used in totalitarian sects), after which a person feels as if drunk for several minutes to several hours.
When working "online" it doesn't make sense.
✨ MYTH 5: Now they are hypnotizing and learning something that I don't want to talk about. ✨
When drinking alcohol, even in small quantities, you can talk as much as no hypnotist can find out.
As described earlier, hypnosis is one of the states of altered consciousness, the safest, especially if you go to a specialist you trust and who aims to help you.
Therapeutic hypnosis does not involve extracting any private information.
By helping to focus on something, the hypnologist helps the client to understand the problem in a special state in which energy is not spent on senseless protection from imaginary environmental danger ("what if I say something that will condemn me", "I will be very ashamed", etc.).
The question arises, but what about dishonest people, for example, some Gypsies (although one cannot judge by nationality, equating an entire nation to scammers)?
Here we are talking about fraud, DISTRACTION by any actions, noise, bright outfits and so on. Scammers have been, are and, alas, will always be.
And hypnosis has absolutely nothing to do with it.
